Vero Beach Hotel

Everything about this hotel was great! From the young lady who checked me in to the room, it was all good. I thought I had a rewards membership. But, I didn't. However, the young STILL found me a discount (AAA) PLUS accepted cash. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was when I left my jacket in the room. I called, they checked the room & confirmed it was there. I thought it would have been at the front desk. But, they left it in the room & told me to be there by 10. I'm not from FL & this was my first visit. So, I got lost a couple times. I made it on time, thank God & had to walk back with the new person on morning shift. Other than that, I have no complaints!! Btw, I now have a membership.

I'm not even sure where to start, this hotel is just fantastic!! Each and every staff member I encountered was kind and hospitable beyond words. Each met you with a warm smile and an excited hello! The room was clean, and the bed was like a cloud! Best sleep I've had in a very long time! And breakfast was nothing super special, other than the yummy cinnamon rolls. However, I would like to mention how great it was to see that when a staff member noticed there was no bacon left, she jumped right into the back to cook up some more. Now, with all things great there are bound to be at least one negative, and mine was trying to find the hotel! They don't have a light up sign so at night(we pulled in shortly before midnight!) It was difficult to locate the building. Other than that our experience was 10/10 will definitely be staying here again if I'm ever in FL!

Only reason why I gave this place a 4 stars rating is because of my interaction with one of their employee named Doug. My husband & I RSVP was cancelled & he was unwilling to help us. He was rude, disrespectful and just all around an unpleasant front desk guy to work with! After a long 3 hours of a driving to the hotel (rsvp was cancelled) plus a long 3 hours of driving to endless counts of hotels with no room availability. We contacted this hotel again and then spoke with a very kind, pleasant and eager to help employee name Shina! She was a breath of fresh air and was able to book us a room immediately. Shina addressed all of our concerns and throughout our entire stay she was great! Also, the Hotel is very clean, Hot Good Breakfast, Clean Room, Safe Location and Clean Pool! All the employees minus the one mentioned in the 1st paragraph were very friendly! We love to watch and hear the planes & jets take off and land! This is definitely our spot when we visit Clearwater again! Highly Recommend!

Right beside mall, great for price. I am staying one night on my way further south. Great location off 95, even # rooms seem to face interstate. The sun rise coming in through window in morning was great for me also. However, odd # rooms might be better for a little less noise and also sun light in early am. Breakfast was good (DIY waffles, cereal, biscuit and gravy, pastries, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, juice, coffee) Some fast food directly across the street and plenty of local restaurants that deliver or use an app delivery service. Price comparison: I got this room for $85, close to beach was $300+. I can drive the 20 min to the beach to check it out. I did notice plenty of Uber drivers in the area last night (Thursday night in May).

Stayed here for a fishing tournament I had a few miles down the road. I wasn't sure what to expect seeing as this hotel was a cheaper than the others. I paid $75 after taxes and fees. I was very pleased with my stay. The room was big and clean. The beds were comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice and informative. Every street light in the parking lot has an outlet so charging my boat up at night was a breeze. The area was not bad I didn't see any sketchy characters roaming around. All in all it was a great stay and I will.be coming back in the future.

Had some perfect stays here, and had some that were just fine. Overall I like it and as return customer, I can say that it is a place worth trying.

Miranda at the front desk made us feel more than welcome. Would come back just because of her! The room was nice had everything thing we needed. The breakfast wasn't anything special but you can't beat included. Overall definitely a good stay.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, and Miranda at the reception went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Her welcoming attitude and efficiency truly stood out. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Definitely a 5-star recommendation!
